GRAPH Coffee Co. is a group of people who share a genuine love for coffee and a curiosity to keep exploring. We value the quiet craft the patience, attention, and care in every step.
We are a coffee roastery in Chiang Mai-Thailand, focusing on thoughtful roasting to express each coffee’s character. We work closely with growers, processors, and baristas who appreciate detail and intention. Our goal is to present coffee in its honest form with clarity, balance, and a sense of place.
We believe good coffee doesn’t need to be loud, only sincere and shared with others. We continue to learn and grow quietly with our community.
ROASTING
In December, 2017 GRAPH team started to roasting by ourselves at GATEWAY Coffee Roaster. We can adjust and continue to developing after cupping. The roasting process is what produces the characteristics flavor of coffee bean for better taste.
COFFEE CUPPING
Coffee cupping or coffee tasting started in house on December, 2016 is the practice of observing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee. It is a professional practice but can be done informally by barista team. A standard coffee cupping procedure involves deeply sniffing the coffee then loudly slurping so it sprayed in mouth and spreads to the back of the tongue.
CREATIVE BAKERY
Besides coffee that important for us, we also enjoy making bakery and dessert in our own way to combine with our coffee. We still keep doing and developing our bakery to make it better and better.
COLLABORATION
We believe in exchanging the new ideas. We would like to share our experience with another brand, so in 2018 - 2019 we have collaborated with Tennyson in Melbourne, Australia. We both have communicated, knowledge and experience to develop our coffee.
